We can all agree that suppression of White supremacist and other conservative voices is a violation of one of the 1st amendment, one of only two important amendments to the Constitution. Some people might then ask, isn’t the violent suppression of voices on the left also a violation of the first amendment? The transgender commies asking this question fundamentally misunderstand the distinction between free speech and terrorism. This post will help clarify that distinction to keep you from falling into any non-hypocritical traps.

What is speech? Speech (noun) is defined as, “the words, actions or monetary influence emanating from, or in support of, the values and causes supported by those persons who are Donald J. Trump, his current policies or most ardent supporters.” Thus, calling for the mass internment of foreigners is a form of free speech, whereas calling Elon Musk “an opportunistic neofascist purchasing the presidency in order to eliminate government oversight of his businesses” is terrorism.

When a university declines to allow the leader of the Klan to speak due to so-called safety issues, that is a flagrant violation of free speech. Even speaking against a Klansman coming to speak should not be tolerated. As for issues of protest, it depends on the context. Protesting against US support of Ukraine in its current conflagration with our friends in Moscow is now an act of patriotism, whereas, protesting against Israel’s wars with its neighbors should result in expulsion from campus, if not the country.

When universities were run by liberal woke academics, their actions regarding speech were a form of brainwashing of our youth and a violation of the rights of parents, conservatives and Jesus himself. Now that we have taken over those institutions and installed conservative leadership, universities are right to enact regulations that disallow unfettered expressions of political opinions. It is the only way to keep students safe from the wrong ideas.
